Wirebreak Refund Policy

1. Digital Subscription Product

Wirebreak provides digital, subscription-based access to online exam preparation tools. We do not sell physical goods.

2. No Ordinary Refunds After Access Starts

Once subscription access is granted and the paid period has started, fees are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

3. Time-Limited Access

Subscription fees cover access for the purchased period only. Access expires automatically at the end of the selected term unless renewed.

4. Non-Use, Cancellation Timing, and Breach

• Failure to use the service does not create refund entitlement.
• Forgetting to cancel does not automatically create refund entitlement.
• Suspension or termination for account sharing, abuse, fraud, chargebacks, or Terms violations does not create refund entitlement.

5. Exceptional Review

Refund requests may be reviewed only in exceptional circumstances and at Wirebreak's discretion, subject to legal obligations.

6. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.
